What Does A Pulsating Sensation In The Neck Indicate?

A year ago I started waking up in the middle of the night feeling a rapid pulse inside my neck, like a heart beat but it wasnt my heart. Id feel my heart pulse and it was fine. Once I started to move around the rapid pulse in my neck would go away. In the beggining this happened once a week but now its a nightly occurance. Some nights being painfully rough as this would happen all night long and I could NOT get any sleep. Anytime I started to reach that sleep state, the pulsing would happen and the side of my body would go numb and Id wake up. I should note I started taking my blood pressure during these times (the past month) and every night it is really low. Last night it was 75 over 55. I think the lowest I hit was 74 over 45. I m concerned what low blood pressure every night is doing for my health. I have 2 natropath doctors that have given me some supplements which seem to help the neck pulsing from happening so often, but i still have low blood pressure. Wondering if you have any clue what I might be dealing with, and if there is danger to having such low blood pressure every night. I shoudl also add I am experieincing eye problems,9really dry and experiecing pressure) particularly in my right eye where Ive now developed Phoria (muscle weakness). Whatever is going on I am concerned its not good for my eyes. I am also hypothryoid, i have had my levels checked, they werent too bad. A tad high so we brought the amount down a bit. I just wish I knew what was going on and who I might need to consult. Thanks
