What Does A Rash Above A Pacemaker Implant Indicate?

I have a rash that in four years have grow fron a size of a rice grain to the size of a silver dollar,the rash is in top of my pace maker and have been infected two times,rigth now Im beguining with cephalexin 500 mg,no one have an answer why this is happen
