What Does A Rash And Inflammation On The Right Arm Indicate?
My 12 year old son has developed an unusal rash on his right arm. There is inflamation running down his vein on his right arm into his hand. We are in Hawaii and were swimming in the ocen 3 days ago. It itches but doesn t hurt. The inflamation has increased over the last 3 days.
