What Does A Rash Around The Anus Indicate?

I am a 50 year old man who has suffered off and on from anal fissures for about 5 years. Otherwise I am quite healthy. I have a rash around my anus - lots of red irritated skin but with raised white pimples. Usually the fissure is manageable but with this rash it s unbearable.

As per your history is concerned a rash in this area is due to many reasons ,so first check your stool for ova.secondly check that you had fissure before so an abcess can not be ruled out.if that is the case take an antibiotic and clean the area.if required drainage is required. Please check whether u have fistula or not.i f you have prostate problem make an ultrasound .Take CLARITIN tab and use PROTOPIC cream or any steroid creams.
