What Does A Rash Between The Buttocks Indicate?

Recently I had a rash in between my butt cheek area. It was itchy and uncomfortable at times. I went to see my doctor and they took a swab. It came back positive for Herpes 1. I was wondering if the outbreaks will always happen in that area? Does this cause a problem for me to have sex with my wife now?

Hi,

Herpes induced fissure around anus. Specific precautions have to be followed during intercourse with wife and should be in regular therapy with your consultant for the same.
