What Does A Rash In Arm Pit Indicate?
I have a rash in my arm pit,i noticed it when I showered . The outer border was dark red and lighter red in the middle, it is irregular in shape and there was a pimple in the middle. I popped the pimple and used peroxide . It is now four days later and much lighter and no soreness. Is it possible Lyme or Rocky Mount spotted fever

It may be due to dermatitis or fungal infections.
For that you can apply combination of clotrimazole and hydrocortisone ointment locally.
For itching you can take tablet loratidine.
Avoid sweating.
Maintain proper hygiene
