What Does A Rash On The Breast Indicate?

I have a hickey like Mark on the top of my breast for no reason. No nursing baby, NO sexual activity whatsoever period. Is there ANY other way for this to happen without the two stated reason. I know that I have not done either and am afraid that my fiance of 8 years thinks different when I never leave the house or talk to others to give him no doubt after a previous relationship and I m praying that there is a medical reason. I know I m pathetic and wasting your time but if it was my fault for the two known reason I wouldn t bother you.

Hi,

Noted your history of mark on the top of breast for no obvious reason, worried about the family matter as you have mentioned.
The commonest cause is trivial trauma caused during bathing, cleaning and drying as the skin and under-surface of chest skin are quite tender.
Another reason can be insect bite.
Any bleeding or clotting problems can cause this particularly after medicines like Aspirin.
Think about all these causes to decide which caused the problem in you.
This is usually self-limiting so nothing special treatment be needed as per the history you have provided, but it is usually better to consult a Doctor for clinical evaluation. investigations and management if required so.
