What Does A Rash On The Face Indicate?

My 8 year old son has a rash on one side of his face (many red spots about the size of a dime and quarter), on his stomach a long red rash about 5 inches long, and swollen lymph nodes. No fever. The rash appeared 24 hours ago and I gave him tylenol. This evening I gave him benedryl that didn t change the rash. Should he be checked by a doctor?

Hello,

I want to ask you whether these symptoms are associated with itching or not?. For that now you can give syrup Chlorpheniramine or tablet Levocetirizine, Lacto Calamine Lotion locally, after dermatologist consultation, providing that you don’t have any drug allergy.
