What Does A Rash With Blisters On It Indicate?

I have a rash, about the size of an elongated 50 cent peace. It has small blisters. I m wondering if it s the start of shingles, but it s not very sensitive, and I have not been tired or felt sick in any way. The rash is right along my spine, on my back, just below my waistline.

I f it is only on one side of the body and if the lesions burn a lot then definitely they could be shingles. But it is difficult to say unless we see.a picture of the lesions.Please see a dermatologist soon
