I have a dark line going through the middle of my upper lip and everything above that is really dry and chapped. It s red and swollen and it feels heavy-like. It s also got a sort of burning/numbing sensation to it. The bottom half of my top lip as well as my bottom lip feel fine. It s only that part that is super chapped and peeling. I ve tried medicated lip balm, regular lip balm, castor oil, tea tree oil, and even hydrogen peroxide to see if anything will help and so far nothing has. It s a very uncomfortable feeling and I d just like to know what may have caused this and what I can do to get rid of it. -Laura
