What Does A Red Bump On The Penis Indicate?

Hi. 2 months ago I had oral sex with a stranger. Approximately, 3 days later I had a red bump and the tip of my penis. A month later I got tested for herpes, clemitia, and gohneria. All test came back negative, they gave me medication and the bump went away on my penis, but I got a lot more red bumps that would come and go. They are on my hands, arms, legs, and stomach. I don t know what this is and would like help from a professional. Thank you
