For the past week, I ve had a small, bb sized, flat patch on my penis. It is painless and doesn t itch. When I first saw it, it appeared red, then it began to scab, then turned pinkish when it got wet after the shower. I saw my GP who advised that it was probably nothing and advised to use neosporin on it. For the past 24 hours, it looks similar to how it did the first time I saw it. It hasn t gotten bigger but I don t think it has gotten smaller. When my penis is erect, it is barely noticeable but when flaccid, it is seen in this red/pink color I described. What am I dealing with here? I ve had unprotected sex recently but not since seeing the patch.
