What Does A Red Pimple On Throat Indicate?

hi, I just drank a carnation breakfast essential drink, after I was done drinking it I smoked, and it felt like something was in my throat so I looked in my mouth and there s a tiny red like pimple bump in front of my uvula and it s irritating me when I swallow, it wasn t there eariler, what could it be

This could be an aphthous..apply orasep gel three times daily...avoid smoking and spicy foods atleast till it heals..get well soon...
