What Does A Red Rash Between The Fingers Indicate?

Hi, I have a red rash on my hand between my thumb and forfinger, looks bumpy and blotchy doesn t itch, doesn t hurt, feels dry, same on my left hand between my third and pinky, all on the backside of my hand used extreme lotion for dryness hasn t gone away.
