What Does A Red Rash In The Underarm Indicate?

I have what looks like a heat rash on my underarm and bra area,but the rash from my arm has began to go down my sure,I have treated with corn starch,benadryl and allergy cream,it s red feverish and will not set up.WHAT IS IT? Not that old or even big..I don t understand.

can take regular bath and apply talcum powder. further medication is not requered. can apply caladryl lotion and take tab levocetrizine.
