What Does A Red Spot Above The Right Breast Indicate?

I had a tick bite 3 days ago. Removed tick, applied topical OTC antibiotic. No visible sign of bite till today, but now there s a small red spot, slightly raised, with a tiny scab in the center. The bite was just above my right breast, and I also have an itchy rash in my right armpit and in the center of my chest. The rash is very slight. Could it be related or is it just coincidence? (I have seasonal allergies.) And is the raised bump where the tick bit me anything to be concerned about? (I ve had tick bites before but never a visible mark afterwards.)
