What Does A Red Spot In The Urethral Opening Indicate?

i have a red colour at opening of urethral meatus. It doesnt pain or hurt, but it has become red and it never used to be red before. Also i couls see a red small red spot, which i think i might have hurt myself on the gland. Kindly suggest me some medecines?
