What Does A Red Spot On Inside The Urethra Indicate?

There is a small red spot on inside of my urethra. I am a male and have experienced no pain, more of an itchy uncomfortable feeling like the tip of my penis is sensitive or irritated. I have experienced no pain while peeing but I have had the urge to urinate more often than usual. What s going on?

it appears to be urethritis.urine to be tested to exclude uti and urethral smear can be tested.give your marital status and sexual history.if habit of multiple partner then go for std test. drink more water and can take alcasol syrup three times daily.
