What Does A Red Spot On The Neck Indicate?
I have had and still have a bright red spot on bottom of the front of my neck, my right side. It is the size of a nickel. no lump, bump, is not tender, it s not a scratch, I don t have any pain anywhere, no fever. I am on BP meds have been for years, thyroid med, synthroid. Prevastatin... Do not recall being injured, or scratched by anything. I thought perhaps it was a mosquito bite when it first appeared, but it s been well over a week now and nothing is changed.. .just a mysterious bright red spot.

It might be an allergic reaction or hemangiomas. I suggest you to use Calmine lotion for local relief. If you don't get better you should consult a dermatologist.
