What Does A Ring Of Pigment Discoloration Around The Neck Indicate?

I have a wide ring of pigment discoloration around my neck. What could it be?I ve been diagnosed with non-hodgkins lumphoma (small lymphocytoc lymphoma & chronic lymphcitic leukima) is there any connection. Neither my onchologist nor physician have answers.
