What Does A Rubbery, Mobile,submucosal Nodule On The Antrum Mean?

if one has a rubbery, mobile,submucosal nodule on the antrum, apx 7-10 mm. Is it a leiomyoma? what other etiologies are possible? There is a hx of mod to severe GERD of about 8 years. What are the treatment options, where PPIs, lifestyle and dietary restrictions are ineffective. Pt also has mod to severe osteoporosis.
