What Does A Scar In The Chest On An X-ray Report Suggest?
I went hospital for checkup,there doctor found scar on my chest x-ray, so they prepared my unfit report,but i check with others doctors they found i dont have TB.I dont have any TB history also.my question is chest scar can be removed.I am Babli,Male,36 year old.

The scar in the X-rays are most probably be old and healed inflammation most often old pulmonary tuberculosis. They are not infectious and not an active disease process. No treatment is required for most cases. Unfortunately they can’t be removed and remain in X-rays for long times. It might cause problems in securing a foreign visa. Consult a pulmonologist for expert opinion.
