What Does A Small Blood Blister On The Top Of Thigh Suggest?

I developed a small (slightly larger than a pea) sized blood blister on the top left thigh about 4 months ago and it hasn t gone away. It appeared about the same time as an unexpected Cluster Headache cycle which lasted approximately 3 months. I did not/have not hit anything either. My question is, should I be concerned?

it requeres local examination by surgeon. it may be hemangioma. tobe kept under observation. at the moment notreatment is requered.
