What Does A Small Lump Between The Buttocks Indicate?

I have a small lump in my buttcrack. It used to not hurt at all, but now I can feel it there. It seems like it will go away until I poop, and then it shows up again. What could this be? I would say it is the size of a pea and is kind of reddish in color.

Hi Thank you for query. It may be due to hemorrhoids or simple cysts. Please consult your doctor for examination and management.Take soft foods, fibre rich foods, stool softeners. Avoid hot and spicy foods.
