What Does A Small Lump On The Perineum Indicate?

I have a pea sized lump on my perineum, it has been there since I had my first child 8 years ago. I had to be cut and had stitches. The lump is now more noticeable and feels as though it s getting bigger. It s not painful and doesn t disappear. I m getting really concerned now

First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it can lipoma or soft tissue benign swelling.

However, biopsy or excision or needle biopsy should be done, to rule out any signs of malignant growths though less Likely.
