Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Does A Small Mass On The Left Scrotum Indicate?
I am 75 years old and after playing pickle ball noticed my left scrotum had a small mass that seemed to be the epididymis which was mildly uncomfortable . This discomfort comes and goes but the epi seems harder then it used to be. Can trauma cause this?
As a physician I would like to tell you that there are chances that you could have caused strain to the epididymis of your testis while playing. Thus I advocate you should take some pain relievers like Tab Enzolfam-D. I would also suggest that if you continue to experience these symptoms continuously, you should get a USG of scrotum done to rule our other causes.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Abhijeet
