What Does A Small Maxillary Sinus Cyst On An MRI Report Suggest?

I have dizziness, sharp shooting pain on the lt side of my head, vertigo and ataxia, tingling sensation on the lt side of my face. Spider web like sensation on the inner aspect of my lt leg. I had an MRI today and was informed there is a small maxillary sinus cyst otherwise nothing else found. .

Hi,

Small mucous retention cysts are common in maxillary sinus. They won't cause any symptoms in few patients but in few patients they may cause parasthesia, nasal blockage and dizziness. So, if you have above symptoms please consult your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
