What Does A Small Pimple On The Glans Penis Indicate?

i have recently been diagnosed with a rare type of hodgkins lymphoma, i haven t yet started treatment. after about my 4th chemo session i noticed a small pimple appear on the head of my penis, since then a few more have came up, they re all under the skin! i went to GUM clinic but he wasn t sure what it was and put it down to a type of wart and gave me treatment for it (condyline). the treatment seemed to have worked for a very small period of time and soon returned, but also with a swollen lump about 15mm-20mm wide which has led me to believe it could be Lymphocele from the treatment. when i went back for a follow up i told him they was coming back again, he told me they was just glans! do you think the bumps could be linked from my cancer and are nodes of some sort?

Hello Dear. If you are sexually active it can be sexually transmitted infection like- Genital warts, Herpes simplex infection, Human papilloma virus infection etc.

Regarding lymphocele- if you notice a hard spot on penile shaft right after sex or masturbation, you might have this problem. It means that the lymph system in your penis is blocked by the swelling and motion. This will go away soon, and won’t lead to any lingering health problems.

If you are not sexually active there is a possibility of the hodgkins lymphoma metastasis spread to your genitals.

Kindly discuss with your GUM specialist. A CT Scan will show if there are any metastasis of tumor in the genital region.
