What Does A Small Pink Bump On The Gum Behind The Teeth Indicate?

Hey around an hour ago I noticed a tiny ball behind my teeth on the gum, I checked the color and it is regular pink, it can't be felt under the chin, it doesnt hurt at all, and I can move it. Im not really worried but it would be nice to know what it is.

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain a pink bump behind the teeth over the gum can be due to infection in the gums leading to formation of an abscess..
As it is not painful it does not seems to be due to anything serious or due to any deep seated infection..
It can also be due to trauma to minor salivary gland leading to Mucocele formation..
I would suggest you to do salt water rinses..
In case if it increase in size or becomes painful consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..

Hope this helps.

Regards.
