What Does A Small Projection At The Anus Opening Indicate?

I have a small projection in the anus which comes out along with feaces and goes inside when the process is complete . it causes a burning sensation i my anus and terrible itchiness . im nly 20 years old and i am male . I used to wash my anus with high force water for some years now . what could this be

It could be haemmorhoids or Anal tag. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Prevent constipation. Drink plenty of water. Show to your General Surgeon as soon as possible.
