What Does A Small, Stinging, Slightly Raised Mole On Forearm Suggest?

I found a mole that is definitely new I am positive I ve never had it before. It s quite small. Probably less than a milliliter in diameter, but it is asymmetrical and oddly shaped, also a wee bit raised. I only figured it out because it started to sting, so I investigated the area and saw it, noting it as the source of random pain. It s on my arm on the inside of my forearm near my elbow. Am I going to die of melanoma?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, just keep the lesion under observation for any changes, for to rule out the melanoma get done the biopsy test but this may not be melanoma and no need to worry about it, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
