What Does A Soft Lump On The Left Nostral Of My Nose Indicate?

I have a soft lump on the left nostral of my nose, its painful if its touched and irritating most of the time. I have only found it recintly. It feels like a lump of fluid but no-body can explain what it is, i have even looked on many internet sites but couldnt quite find what i am looking for, it would be great if you can help. Hello!
You may be having , what is called a furuncle , which is an infection of the hair follicles!
You will need antibiotics for it!! please meet your ent doctor for the prescription.
