What Does A Spot In Lung On Chest X-ray Indicate?
HI Thanks for posting your query. A spot in the lungs could be due to infection, Parasite infestation or a tumour. You said you are a smoker since how long you have been smoking and how much each day you smoke ? Kindly let me know this detail . If you can upload me the CT scan report I can give you much better information. But as per now it could be any of these : infection, Parasite infestation or a tumour. Don t be worried , whatever it comes it can be managed. Kindly revert back once you get the PET scan reports. Hope this information was useful to you. Any clarifications feel free to ask . Regards.
