What Does A Spot In The Eyes Indicate?

hi doc. i have a problem with my eyes i have a tiny white spot along the edge of my iris just and it feels like there is dust everytime i blink my eyes. this problem exist last saturday i feel something inside but i never touch til i wake up in the morning i found that very small white dot at the edge of my iris. Do i need to see a doctor? or this will be gone? please help me.thank you.
