What Does A Spot On The Chest And Swelling On The Feet Indicate?

I am 57. female and I have been having one spot in my chest to have a feeling in it as if someone is pushing very lightly on it, its just a very tiny spot about probably a nickle in size but it has been happening about every 5 minutes for about 3 hours, also my feet are swollen. I really appreciate your concern, it is two different condition you have been given here and these are not related with each others neither these are due to blot clot but it could be some nonspecific type of condition and no need to worry about these hope this information helps.
