CT SCAN OF THE BRAIN Findings . Normal . Normal supra and infra tentorial brain tissue. . Normal sellar and suprasellar region. Normal pineal region. . Normal posterior fossa structures . Normal CT appearance of both orbits and retro-orbital fat. . Clear scanned paranasal sinuses. . Both mastoid air cells are normal. appearance of ventricular system with no midline shift. Conclusion: Intra-axial fresh blood density ( acute hemorrhagic CVA) seen at right temporal lobe deeply ( lateraly to the right thalamus ), measured 34c30 mm at axial veiw, exerting mild mass effect in the form of mild perifocal edema. ** In comparison with previous CT films that dated one 22-4-2021 , current study shows no significant interval changes.
