What Does A Swollen Vertical Line Under The Right Ribs Indicate?

swollen vertical line under skin, over rt ribs It feels like there s a single strand of angel-hair pasta under my skin. Painful when pressed upon OR when raising my right hand over my head and doing a leaning side strech to the left (so where the right side of the body gets stretched) Swelling is just barely enough to be visible when pulling the skin taught. Length - runs from about nipple height to the bottom of the ribs Location - about 2.5 inches outside the right nipple Pain is typically better in AM and worse by end of day.
