What Does A Tender Spot Near The Tailbone Indicate?

I have a hole at the bottom of my tailbone. The skin and muscle above is tuff and solid like scar tissue. Part of it soft and tender. I had back surgery 3 yrs. ago and a lot of nerve problems. I am a custodian and walk a lot. I can t sit or lay for very long it bothers me and makes me pee a lot. It drives me up the wall most of the time.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to pilonidal sinus. A physical examination by general surgeon will be helpful to rule out this. Usually surgical excision of pilonidal sinus is performed for this.
