Hi,

Usually, a thick womb higher than 8 mm is indicative for pathology. So, it is necessary that I have the right size of your thicked womb.

One common cause might be early/missed pregnancy or fibroids. Can you please provide the ultrasound report for better evaluation?

Take care!
