What Does A Thickened Endometrium Indicate?

Hi i had a polyp removal through d and c method in january,towards febuary i started spotting blood,went for a scan and i was told i have thickened endometrium,and was put on primolut n for 21 days,now is my 18th day and am having cramps and spotting brown blood...pls what does this indicate?

What I can say is that brown blood means that there isn't the regular amount of flow, so the blood sits for longer and gets slightly oxidized, making it look brown.
