What Does A Tight Sensation Around The Neck Indicate?

I am taking tizanidine 4mg, this time for my diagnosis of tightening neck and (deltoid I think that s what it s called) cannot find my diagnosis papermuscles it seems to help. my prior prescription was cyclobenzaprine and that script seemed to be better.....my ? Is ........ which would be be better and is there any comparison or not

Tizanidine and cyclobenzaprine both are muscle relaxants and are used for conditions like stiff muscles. Tizanidine is prescribed over Cyclobenzaprine as it has got less side effects and it can be used for long term. However, individual variations is seen and you can chose the drug which gives best results for you as advised by your treating doctor.
