What Does A Tiny Ant-sized Hole Under My Right Breast Indicate?

I have a very tiny hole on my skin, the size of ant. its slightly under my right breast. There is a hard bump near the hole deep under the skin. The bump is slightly hard and the size of a thumbnail. Nothing has ever leaked out the hole, but the bump underneath was a little bit painful when it first showed up. Now I don t feel it anymore. I ve had an ovarian cyst before and ones under my arm a few times but they went away on their own. And the ones under my arm have never had a hole before. i went to the doctor to have a biopsy on it but they have yet to contact me about it. Do you have any idea what it could be?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Detailed evaluation is required, conditions like breast cancer has to be ruled out. Consult a general surgeon and plan for a mammogram. If there is diagnostic confusion, a fine needle biopsy also needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you all the best.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
