What Does A Tissue Discharge When Having Irregular Periods Suggestive Of?

Hi. I am 36 years old and I had my period last night. This morning I passed a large white tissue about 2-3 inches long. My periods are irregular and I didn t have my period last month. About two weeks after I didn t have my period, I checked to see if I am pregnant, but it was negative, so I decided to go on the patch. This is my week off so I would get a period, which I did. Should I be concern? I have never had anything like this before.

I had gone through your question and I can understand your concern
2 to 3 inches long white tissue is a matter of concern
this could be a retained product of conception or simply an endometrial lining
irregular periods could be related to DUB or hormonal imbalance
in my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist for detailed check up and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin CBC liver and thyroid function test and urine for culture and sensitivity

you may require D and C (dilation and curretage) by a skilled gynaecologist
have plenty of fluids and fresh fruits
multivitamin supplements
