What Does A Tissue Discharge When Having Irregular Periods Suggestive Of?
Hi. I am 36 years old and I had my period last night. This morning I passed a large white tissue about 2-3 inches long. My periods are irregular and I didn t have my period last month. About two weeks after I didn t have my period, I checked to see if I am pregnant, but it was negative, so I decided to go on the patch. This is my week off so I would get a period, which I did. Should I be concern? I have never had anything like this before.
Hello I had gone through your question and I can understand your concern 2 to 3 inches long white tissue is a matter of concern this could be a retained product of conception or simply an endometrial lining irregular periods could be related to DUB or hormonal imbalance in my opinion you should consult a gynaecologist for detailed check up and a battery of tests like blood for hemoglobin CBC liver and thyroid function test and urine for culture and sensitivity
you may require D and C (dilation and curretage) by a skilled gynaecologist have plenty of fluids and fresh fruits multivitamin supplements Hope.you will find my response relevant to your query and helpful please fell free to ask for more clarification wishing you good health
