What Does A Vibrating Sensation On The Right Foot Indicate?

I have a recent sensation in my foot like a cell phone vibration in my right foot, I have been having a stabbing like foot pain off and on for about a year, not too severe, but it seems worse upon waking. Last weak I first felt the vibration while standing in a line, now I feel it most of the time with shoes or with sandals. The vibration does not hurt, but it makes me concerned.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You are having nerve entrapment. You should undergo MRI lumbar spine and serum vitamin D, vitamin B12 and calcium.

You should maintain proper posture while sleeping, standing and standing.

Sleep on a hard bed. You should take a multivitamin containing methylcobalamin and pregabalin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi,
