What Does A While Lump In The Groin Area Indicate?

I have a small white lump which is about half a pea size if that under my fire sling I ve been tested for sexual infections etc and they all come back negative I was wondering what it could be and how to sort it . It hasn t affected anywhere else on my penis

A white lump over the groin may be seen with the following
STDs
Skin infection
An injury to the area
low hygiene.

Here are a few things that may help with this.
Try sitting in a sitz bath, keep the area dry, wear loose cotton clothing, and use calamine lotion or talcum powder over the area.

Also, getting an STD panel would be a good idea as well. Seeing a doctor would be a good idea as well to confirm this.
