What Does A White Lump On Lens Of Eye Causing Discomfort Suggest?

I have had discomfort in my eye for the last few weeks. It felt like I had something in the corner of my eye. Today I have woken up and the irritation is worse and I have a small white lump on my eye lens that doesn t seem to move. Please could you advise what I can do to sort this?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi and welcome to HCM,
From the description you ahve givern it looks like you have an corneal infection/abcess. You have not mentioned whether you wear contact lenses or not, since this is seen in contact lenses users.
You can try an antibiotic eye drop and eye ointment for a week.
If not, better to see an ophthalmologist.
All the best !!!
