What Does A White Spot Around The Tyson Gland Indicate?

Hi Dr, I have had an bump, it looks like a white head pimple, where my tyson gland is. Only on one side. This came after having a thrush infection that gave me Phimosis. I have been tested and have no std s. Is there anything else this could be and can I remove it? It seems to have grown slightly, only in the past week. Previously it has remained the same since I first noticed it in December. I have no itching, redness or burning.

I think that it should be removed by microsurgery if it is a cause of concern or discomfort. Discuss with a Surgeon for this issue.
