Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Kindly let me know whether you have started antibiotic by your own or under doctor guidance. I need to check your report for seeing what exactly lesion is and you can provide your report for giving more comment. While spot could be from consolidation or can be fibrotic lesion. But after checking report only comment can be given. According to cause specific treatment given. Take care and consult physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
