General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

White spots occurs when certain cells called melanocytes stop making melanin, it may be related to genetics or autoimmune diseases. It may spread to the different parts of the body as well. Application of topical Corticosteroids and Calcipotriol is effective. Avoid long exposure to the sun. Visit a skin specialist, get physically examined and evaluated, take UVA therapy and other treatment to stop the spread.

Hope I have answered your query.
