What Does A Worm-like Formation On The Penis Indicate?

So I'm 16, and as you can imagine I masturbate frequently. I decided to do it a couple of days ago (by the time this is answered maybe weeks) and noticed that under my (circumsized) foreskin there appeared to be a skin-colored structure, which upon first glance resembled a lump. Upon closer examination and inspection I was able to gather that it was not a lump but a kind of worm-like thing, and was able to be moved within a certain range and did not cause pain. I decided to see what it would so if I was erect, and to my surprise it appeared to dissapear. I am very worried and have not told my parents. Please help me.

Prominent vascular appearance could be the reason and because of the loose skin this may disappears some time but this is nothing to worry and this is not due to any disease and this can not be any disease, hope this information helps, take care.
